Karen Buck

Karen Buck is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human capital management across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Consultant since 2023, Karen provides strategic guidance and support to clients in employment law compliance and employee relations. Previously, Karen held key HR roles, including Head of People for the Northeast Region at Veterinary Emergency Group, where human resources operations for approximately 1,000 employees were managed, and Head of HR for US & LATAM at Taboola, overseeing the expansion of people operations across multiple regions. Prior experience includes talent acquisition and development management at Take-Two Interactive Software, a corporate recruiter role at Morgan Stanley, and early teaching positions at Saint David's School and The Hewitt School. Karen holds a B.A. in History & Communications from the University of Michigan.
