Gabriella Latorre

Gabriella Latorre, PharmD, BCGP, is an experienced clinical pharmacist with a focus on geriatric care at Tabula Rasa HealthCare since November 2019, where responsibilities include handling pharmacy-related inquiries, assessing patient health needs, and evaluating medication therapy. In addition to current duties, Gabriella serves as a floater pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy since October 2018, overseeing pharmacy operations, collaborating with physicians, and managing staff while ensuring optimal patient care through medication preparation and immunization administration. Prior experience includes a pharmacy internship at Duquesne University School of Pharmacy, where skills in patient communication and inventory management were developed. Gabriella holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University, earned in May 2018.
