Sarah Green-Lieber has a diverse work experience that spans over 18 years. Sarah began their career at ihi Bupa, where they played a crucial role in establishing the Learning and Development department. Sarah then worked at Bain & Company as an Executive Assistant before joining Prokura, where they held positions as an Executive Assistant & Office Manager and later as an HR Manager.

In 2018, Sarah transitioned to BIG - Bjarke Ingels Group, working as an HR Business Partner and later as the People Team Lead. During their time at BIG, they were responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and development of employees across multiple offices. Sarah also played a key role in establishing the Barcelona office.

After their tenure at BIG, Sarah joined Passendo as the Head of People & Culture. Their responsibilities included building and developing the entire employee lifecycle.

Currently, Sarah holds the position of Head of Talent & Culture at Tactile Games. Sarah oversees talent management and culture-building efforts for the organization.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated proficiency in various HR functions and a track record of successfully managing and developing employees.
