Elif Akmanlar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of product and user experience design. Most recently, Elif worked as a Product Designer at Tacton CPQ starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2023, Elif worked as a UX Designer at Billogram, where they focused on improving the user experience of the platform.

Before Billogram, Elif worked as a UX Design Consultant at Erghis, a gesture control startup, where they collaborated with colleagues to develop an experimental project for BMW. They were also a Product Designer at Goobit from 2014 to 2016, where they were responsible for designing the interaction flow and user interface of a Bitcoin exchange platform.

Additionally, Elif worked as a UX Design Consultant at the Department of Peace and Conflict Research at Uppsala University from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they worked with stakeholders to design a new platform to improve the ease of use of relevant datasets and information.

Furthermore, Elif gained experience as a User Experience Design Intern at The Beta Family in 2014. During this internship, they focused on enhancing the user friendliness of a remote usability testing service and analyzed other similar companies to suggest alternative testing regulations for the platform.

Elif Akmanlar obtained their Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Design from Yildiz Technical University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In 2012, they had an exchange experience at Umeå University, studying Computer Science for a year. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at Uppsala University from 2013 to 2015.
