\David is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with more than 25 years in finance recruitment. He is the executive chairman and co-founder of Axon Moore Group, an award-winning recruitment business.
He has been investing in businesses for more than two decades and was a founding investor in THG, which recently completed a £5.4bn IPO.
He sits on the board of Manchester-based charity The Message Trust, ‘Best not-for-profit organization to work for’ in the 2018 Sunday Times list.
Mike is a successful investor, business leader, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector. He was the co-founder and former CEO of Praetura Group, which launched in 2011 before founding Arete in 2020. His early career was spent with PwC as a chartered accountant before joining GCA Altium, where he was a managing director for 10 years.

The company has also developed its own brand of virtual reality (VR) equipment and accessories; the Tactus Pique VR camera which allows consumers to use mobile technology to create and view VR footage as well as produce a unique VR experience with immersive video. In addition, through a joint venture Tactus holds the exclusive European licence forFlexwarm, an innovative in-built heating technology for clothing, sleeping bags and muscle warmers which are controlled via a smart device.
