Shane Smith

Shane Smith currently serves as the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Tailored Brands, Inc., responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Human Resources and Communications since March 2020. Prior to this role, Shane founded Dynamic-Squared Consulting, offering expertise to enhance people, culture, and capability strategies for organizations. Shane's extensive experience at The Coca-Cola Company, spanning over two decades, included positions such as Global Vice President of Associate Services, where leadership involved managing a global team and overseeing various HR functions. Earlier roles at The John H. Harland Company and Marketing Profiles Incorporated included director-level positions in Human Resources. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Northwestern State University.
