Lauren Soga

Lauren Soga has developed a comprehensive skill set through various roles in program management and client service. Currently a Program Lead at Tailored Management since September 2021, Lauren has progressed through multiple positions, including Sr. Program Coordinator and Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as a Summer Camp Counselor at Floyd Hall Arena, where leadership and supervision skills were honed. A Summer Intern at Tettemer Law Offices contributed to Lauren's expertise in compliance tasks and client support. Lauren obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2021, following a high school diploma from West Morris Central High School in 2017.
