Grace Lin

Grace Lin serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Tailscale, where responsibilities include overseeing Finance, People, Data, Legal, and Business Operations Functions since January 2025. Previously, Grace held the roles of Vice President and Advisor at OneSignal from December 2019 to December 2024, leading Business Operations and other critical functions across multiple regions. In a prior role at Cloudflare, Grace advanced the company from 80 employees through its IPO and established the Asia headquarters in Singapore. Grace also has significant investment banking experience, having worked at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, focusing on M&A and equity transactions, complemented by an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
