Thilak Rodrigo is an experienced professional in the field of IT and cybersecurity, currently serving as Cyber Security Operations Lead at Tait Communications since April 2015. Thilak has a diverse background, having previously held roles including Information Security Analyst and IT Client Services Engineer, where responsibilities included resolving client issues, administering user access, and troubleshooting various operating systems. Prior to Tait Communications, Thilak worked as a Telecommunications Technician at Teltrac Communications, focusing on installing and maintaining network architectures, and held various IT management roles at Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, overseeing IT network infrastructure and operations. Thilak's earlier experience includes positions as IT Support Engineer at both Flexiv Micro System (Pvt) Ltd and Theetanet Computer, specializing in network design and troubleshooting. Currently pursuing a B.Sc. Special (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT, Thilak is well-versed in both cybersecurity and IT service management.
