Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at TAIT since March 2024, Alison previously held the position of Director at Chasm Partners from November 2021 to February 2024, focusing on executive search in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Alison spent over fourteen years at ADP in multiple roles, including Executive Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed the full recruiting lifecycle with an emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Earlier in the career, Alison gained experience at Corporate Research International and The Bridal Shoppe, enhancing recruitment and administrative skills. Alison holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a focus on French and Music from Messiah University and a high school diploma from Broadalbin Perth Central School.
