Christian Recknagel has held various leadership and culture-focused roles throughout their career. Christian is currently the Chief Culture Officer at TAIT since July 2019. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Leadership & Culture at Benchmark Construction Company from February 2015 to July 2019, where they focused on establishing the company's culture as a competitive advantage. Christian was also the Owner/Chief Instructor at the Aikido Center of Lancaster from 2009 to June 2018. In addition, they worked as the VP of Leadership and Culture Shaping at E4 Exchange from July 2013 to February 2015, where they expanded leadership capacity and created high-performance cultures. Christian also owned Sem Development from May 1999 to July 2013 and worked as a Senior Consultant at CultureWorks, Inc from 1998 to 2012. Christian began their career as the Director of Strategic Planning and Resource Analysis at The Holt Company from April 1997 to May 1999.
Christian Recknagel attended Albright College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Psychology. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
