Andrew Wood

Andrew Wood has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Andrew began their career at Price Waterhouse as a Senior Manager in 1984. Andrew then moved on to Reuters, where they served as the VP Finance for Reuters Retail Solutions from 1995 to 2001. Wood joined Towers Perrin in 2002 as an International Controller and held this position until 2007. Andrew then worked at THQ as the International Controller from 2008 to 2011. Currently, Wood is employed at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., where they started as the Vice President of International Finance in 2011 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance in June 2022.

Andrew Wood completed their Bachelor's degree in German and Economics from the University of Reading in the years 1980 to 1984. Following this, they pursued further education at ICAEW from 1984 to 1987, obtaining a degree in FCA.
