Matthew Breitman has extensive work experience in the legal field. Matthew started their career as a Partner at Blank Rome LLP in 1999 and worked there until 2011. Following that, they joined Alpine Woods Capital Investors, LLC as a Managing Director and General Counsel from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Breitman is associated with Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., where they have held the positions of SVP - Deputy General Counsel and SVP - General Counsel Americas and Corporate Secretary since 2015.

Matthew Breitman attended Friends Seminary from 1972 to 1986 for their primary and secondary education. Matthew then pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Tulane University from 1986 to 1990, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Following this, they attended The George Washington University Law School from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a JD with Honors.
