Pete Welch began their work experience as an Associate at Morgan & Finnegan LLP in 2002. Pete then joined Davis & Gilbert, LLP in 2005 as an Associate. In 2007, they transitioned to Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. as Vice President, Counsel. Over the years, Pete held various roles within the company, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel. In 2019, they became Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Publishing, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Product & Publishing.

Pete Welch completed their education with a high school diploma from Horace Greeley High School in 1995. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Boston College, graduating in the year 1999. After completing their undergraduate studies, Pete went on to attend Fordham University School of Law from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
