Shelley Cole has extensive experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Shelley began their career in 1996 as a Director of Global Stock Programs at AOL. Shelley then moved on to Time Warner Inc. in 2001, where they held the position of Director of Global Stock Plan Administration. In 2006, they joined Time Inc. as the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Systems. Most recently, they have been working at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. since 2014 as the SVP of Global Total Rewards & ESG. Throughout their career, Cole has demonstrated expertise in global stock programs, stock plan administration, and compensation.
Shelley Cole attended Staples High School from 1984 to 1988. After high school, they went on to study at George Mason University, although the specific dates and degree field are unknown.
