Maxine Craik has a strong background in the e-commerce industry, with experience in various roles. Maxine started their career at UCS Technology Services as a Business Analyst from 2005 to 2007. Maxine then joined Javelin Group, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst from 2007 to 2010, and later became the Head of Business Analysis - eCommerce from 2010 to 2013. Since 2014, Maxine has been with takealot.com, initially serving as a Customer Experience Manager until 2018. Maxine then took on the role of Product Management Lead from 2019 to 2021, and is currently the Head of Product (Business Systems & Customer Service) from 2021 onwards.
Maxine Craik attended the University of Cape Town from 2001 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Information Systems.
