Ralston Roman

Ralston Roman has extensive experience in training and operations management, most notably serving as Training Manager at Spur Group from July 2014 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing training restaurants, facilitating workshops, and overseeing the training department's finances. Prior to this role, Ralston worked as a Customer Care Supervisor, training new agents and handling complaint escalations. Earlier experience includes positions as Operations Coordinator at Reef Tankers (Pty) Ltd and Regional Schedule Manager at Chevron, focusing on logistics and fleet management. Ralston’s educational background includes a Moderators Course and a Short Course in Training & Development Management, complemented by a degree in Food & Beverage from the International Hotel School.
