Jean (Morrone) Tremarche is an experienced leader in pharmacovigilance and medical safety, currently serving as Associate Director of Medical Safety Oncology at Takeda Oncology since January 2020. With a strong background at Alkermes as Associate Director of Safety Signaling and Aggregate Reporting, Jean led a team of pharmacovigilance scientists to support clinical development and post-marketing safety initiatives. Previous roles include Pharmacovigilance Scientist at Sanofi Genzyme, Clinical Safety Manager at AMAG Pharmaceuticals, and Clinical Safety Manager at Enobia Pharma, among others. Jean has also contributed to academia as a part-time lecturer at Northeastern University and possesses a BA in Biology from the University of Connecticut, supplemented by a certificate in HMX Fundamentals from Harvard Medical School.
