Vincent Prado

Vincent Prado is an experienced contracts manager with a strong background in legal operations and contracts management, currently serving at TaktiKa Consulting since March 2018. Vincent has supported various biotechnology companies in the Bay Area by drafting, analyzing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of agreements, including Confidential Disclosure and Consulting Agreements.
