Fiona Macgregor serves as the Group CEO and Managing Director at TAL Australia since January 2014, with previous roles including Chief Executive of Individual Life, Chief Information & Innovation Officer, Chief Customer & Innovation Officer, and GM of Innovation Development. Prior to TAL Australia, Fiona held the position of Director at Purposeful Enterprise, specializing in strategy and innovation consulting from December 2010 to December 2013. Fiona's extensive experience also includes a decade at RBS, where key roles included Head of Brand Delivery and Head of UK Retail Development, Marketing & Innovation, focusing on innovation, growth strategy, and strategic programmes. Fiona is an alumnus of INSEAD, having completed an Advanced Management Programme.
