Candice Guillot

Candice Guillot currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience & HR Performance at Talan since March 2021, where key responsibilities include developing and monitoring the strategic HR roadmap, implementing unified HR processes and digitalizing HR practices across various platforms such as SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters. Prior to this role, Candice held positions including Project Manager for HR Information Systems at EXCELYA, where significant HR processes were established amid rapid growth, and at Egis, where projects for global HR systems were managed and multiple technologies were deployed to enhance HR functionalities. Candice also has experience in HR project management and administration, having earned a degree in Responsible Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS-RH between 2008 and 2010.
