Kristi Reynek

Kristi Reynek, CPA, SHRM-SCP, PMP, currently serves as Controller and Assistant CFO at Talbert House since June 2025. Prior experience includes senior leadership roles at Alloy Development Co., where Kristi held positions such as Senior Vice President of Finance & Human Resources, Vice President of Finance and Human Resources, and Controller from February 2021 to June 2025. Additionally, Kristi was the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Affordable Language Services from April 2016 to August 2020, and Chief Financial Officer at Fusion Talent from July 2018 to January 2020. Previously, Kristi worked as Controller at Envision (formerly Resident Home Corporation) from September 2010 to April 2016, Accounting Supervisor at Mutual of Omaha Bank from January 2009 to June 2010, and Office Manager at Lithia Motors from March 2004 to December 2008. Kristi earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bellevue University between 2008 and 2010.
