David Costela

David Costela, CPA/CA has over 30 years of work experience in the field of taxation and finance. David is currently serving as the Tax Director at Talent.com, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, David worked as the Director of Tax & Treasury at Recochem Inc. from October 2020 to November 2022. David also served as the Corporate Tax Director at Le Groupe Cirque du Soleil from April 2017 to October 2020. Throughout their career, David has held various tax management positions at organizations such as Future Electronics, Transcontinental, SNC Lavalin Group, Pfizer, AXA Assurance, and Deloitte. David has a strong background in international tax compliance, fiscal planning, and advisory services.

David Costela, CPA/CA has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from UQAM-Université du Québec à Montréal, which they obtained from 1988 to 1991. David then pursued further education in Taxation, completing in-depth tax courses at CICA from 1994 to 1996. Later, they obtained a DESS (Diplôme d'Études Supérieures Spécialisées) in Taxation from HEC Montréal between 2002 and 2006.
