Emily Martin has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and management. Emily is currently the VP of Client Services and Talent Operations at Talent Retriever, a role they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Client Management from April 2021 to February 2022, and as a Senior Client Manager from December 2018 to April 2021 at the same company.

In addition to their work at Talent Retriever, Emily was an Emerging Leader-Member at Vistage Worldwide, Inc. starting from January 2022.

Before joining Talent Retriever, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Triplemint in 2018, where they developed and implemented the recruitment process for the company.

From 2016 to 2018, Emily worked as a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner at Continuum, where they led recruitment efforts across various offices and co-led the WITI group.

Prior to that, they were a Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences at Black Diamond Networks from 2013 to 2016 and a Recruiter, Allied Health at CoreMedical Group from 2012 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Recruiter & Account Manager at MOUNTAIN, LTD. from 2010 to 2012 and as a Field Services Coordinator at Pierce from 2009 to 2010.

Emily Martin attended the University of New Hampshire from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism Planning and Development. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Certified Temporary Staffing from The National Association of Personnel Services in 2011.
