Mike Sarraille has extensive work experience in leadership, entrepreneurship, and advisory roles. Mike is the Founder and Partner of Legacy Expeditions, a boutique extreme adventure and leadership development firm. Mike is also the Founder and CEO of Talent War Group, a company focused on talent acquisition and management. In addition, they have served as a Managing Partner for The Everyday Warrior Nation and Podcast, as well as a Founder for Live ATTA. Mike has also held positions as a Senior Leadership Instructor for Echelon Front and a Special Warfare Officer in the US Navy. Mike has been involved in various advisory board roles and has authored a book called "The Talent War". Mike Sarraille is currently a Member of the Board of Directors for LandAirSea Systems.
Mike Sarraille earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Texas A&M University in 2003. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Innovation Strategy from the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2017. In 2015, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
