Eric Smith

Eric T. Smith is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership and organizational development across various industries. Currently, Eric serves as the Founder, President, and CEO of Talentcare, a firm dedicated to enhancing employer branding, data analytics, and HR technology to improve hiring and retention practices. In addition to this role, Eric is a member of the Board of Directors for IndeVets and previously held senior advisory positions at Lone Worker Solutions, as well as served as Interim CEO for Pivot Acquisition Corp. Eric's extensive career includes significant leadership roles at Alsbridge, Liberata plc, BillingZone, Perot Systems Corporation, and the Czech American Enterprise Fund, along with early experience at Price Waterhouse. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
