Francoise Wibaux has extensive experience in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) consulting and product management, currently serving as Responsable Product Owners Suite Paie at Talentia Software since September 2016, overseeing a team responsible for five payroll products and their technical and functional roadmaps. Previous roles include Responsable R&D HCM/CoreHR France at Talentia Software, where Francoise managed the localization of the HCM product for the French market, and Consultant SIRH at Delta S.I, focusing on SAP HCM implementations. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Sidel in managing HRIS and social management control, as well as project consulting at IBM. Francoise holds an engineering degree from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne.
