Vincent Molinaro is an accomplished business leader and advisor with extensive experience serving on various boards and in executive roles. Currently, Vincent holds positions as an Independent Board Director at AppLogic Networks and LightEdge Solutions, as well as an Independent Director at ORBCOMM. As the Founder and Principal Owner of VM Advisory Group, Vincent provides tailored transformation plans to clients, leveraging 25 years of global leadership experience. Additional roles include Senior Executive Advisor and Operating Advisor at GI Partners, and investment and advisory positions with talentsky and B-Yond. Vincent’s academic credentials include a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bridgeport.
