Varun Kabra is the founder and CEO of TalentXO. Varun has also previously worked as an operations manager at Amazon, where they managed the operations of World-Wide Kindle and Fire devices Customer Service team. Varun has extensive experience in operations management and process improvements. Varun has also launched a regular engagement channel with our offsite partners to generate ideas on process improvements based on extensive data mining and analysis. As a result of their efforts, the contact quality improved by nearly 10%.

Varun Kabra has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Delhi College of Engineering and a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Operations Management from the Indian School of Business.
