Hugo Gonçalves is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance roles. At Talkdesk since February 2019, Hugo has progressed from Engineering Manager to Senior Director of Engineering, demonstrating leadership in managing software development teams and overseeing product lifecycle management while ensuring high-quality delivery. Prior experience at Blip.pt included roles such as Delivery Manager and Senior QA Analyst, focusing on product ownership, risk management, and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance. Hugo's career began in testing and consulting positions at companies like Altran and Qimonda, where technical expertise in test automation and quality assurance was developed. Hugo holds a degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and participated in the ERASMUS program at Politechnika Poznańska.
