Joseph Adams

Joseph Adams is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a diverse career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Talkiatry since February 2022, Joseph has previously held significant roles including Staff QA Engineer II at Datto, Inc., Principal Product Trustee at Cityblock Health, and Senior Software Architect/QA at Turbonomic. At Cityblock, Joseph established the Product Trust/Software Quality Assurance role and developed an automated regression test suite. As VP of Quality Assurance at FalconStor Software, Joseph managed an international team of up to sixty QA Engineers and created a comprehensive QA Bootcamp. Additionally, Joseph has experience managing QA teams at CA, Inc., focusing on the eTrust product line. Joseph holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from York College of the City University of New York.
