Robert Buster Jr is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as Technology Manager for Infrastructure & Operations at Talking Rain Beverage Company® since January 2018. Previously, Robert held the role of ITS Business Analyst/System Administrator at Alaska Airlines, where responsibilities included providing remote support for over 40,000 employees, and transitioned to a System Administrator role to manage account provisioning. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Software Analyst at Boeing, providing 24x7 application support for global airplane programs, and managing workload and scheduling. Robert began a career in media as a Video Editor Intern at The Varsity Sports, and laid the foundation of technical skills as a Help Desk Clerk during studies at Washington State University, where a Bachelor's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design was earned.
