Yu Gong

Yu Gong is a Machine Learning Researcher at Talkwalker since May 2016, where responsibilities include designing, building, and training a lab classification model that improved social media data labeling. Previously, Yu served as a Data Scientist, developing a machine translation model that facilitated the processing of global information across languages and laid the groundwork for subsequent natural language processing models. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Financial Adviser at China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Yu holds a Master of Science in Probability and Finance from Pierre and Marie Curie University, as well as a Master's degree in Mathematics and Applications from the same institution, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences from Université Blaise Pascal.
