Gerald Thomas, III is a skilled sports journalist with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Sports Reporter for Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since April 2022, Gerald has previously held positions such as Sports Editor at Morris Multimedia and Sports Reporter at CNHI. Gerald's background includes roles at SBLive Sports and ITG Next, as well as editorial experience at The Spectator during the time at Valdosta State University. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Mass Media from Valdosta State University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Sport Management at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
