Ksenija (Martinec) Polla, CMP, CICE, is an experienced professional in international development and association relations, currently serving as the Director of International Development at Talley. Previously, Ksenija held multiple leadership roles at ICCA, including Head of Education and Legacy Programmes, North America Regional Director, and Global Director Association Relations, and also served as Membership Manager for EMEA and Membership Executive Global. Ksenija's early career included positions as Congress Executive at both the Zagreb Convention Bureau and Generalturist. Ksenija holds a degree in German and Philosophy from the University of Zagreb, attended from 1988 to 1992, and completed secondary education at Gymnasium "Matija Antun Reljkovic" from 1984 to 1988.
