Jakob Shimony

Jakob Shimony is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Talon.One since July 2017, Jakob has previously held roles including Software Development Lead, Frontend Tech Lead, and Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to Talon.One, Jakob worked as a DevOps Engineer at WalkMe™, focusing on production deployment tools. Jakob's foundational experience stems from the Israel Defense Forces, where responsibilities included senior software development and project integration roles for distributed file and domain management systems, as well as significant performance enhancements. Jakob holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Technician degree in Software Engineering from Amal Multidisciplinary Technological College Petach-Tikva.
