Michelle Teadt serves as the Executive Vice President of the Broker Channel at TALON, a role focused on enhancing the company's national presence through strategic partnerships with brokers and clients while promoting TALON’s medical shopping tool. Prior to this position, Michelle was the Vice President of Sales at Ameriflex, where responsibilities included strategic planning and business development for a wide range of benefit plans, achieving significant sales growth and recognition for exceeding targets. Michelle's career also includes roles at Great Insurance Jobs as Senior Manager of Sales & Training, and Account Manager, managing large portfolios and building client relationships. Earlier experiences include sales and marketing management at Smart City Networks, project management at Windstream, and national account management at Arch Wireless. Michelle holds a degree from Oakland College.
