Marc Pillay has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Marc started their career at Bell Potter Securities Limited as a Futures Settlements employee in 1994. Marc then worked as an Account Manager at ASX (Sydney Futures Exchange) from 1995 to 2004.

In 2004, Marc joined Deutsche Bank as a Derivatives eTrading Systems Manager in the AsiaPac region. Marc later took on the role of Derivatives eTrading Systems Manager in North America from 2007 to 2009.

Marc then moved to Citigroup in 2010, where they worked as a Project Manager in ETD Post Trade Product Development until 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, Marc worked at TradingScreen, where they held various positions, including Client Integration Specialist, Business Development Manager, and Director of Client Coverage.

Starting in 2018, Marc joined Bloomberg LP as an Implementations Specialist and worked there until 2023. Marc then joined Talos in the same year as a Client Onboarding Specialist.

Throughout their career, Marc has gained expertise in client onboarding, implementations, client integration, business development, project management, and derivatives eTrading systems.

Marc Pillay completed their Masters of Information Technology with a focus in eCommerce and electronic trading from Monash University. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Introduction to Agile & Scrum" from SitePoint in November 2014 and "Prince2 Foundation" from APMG-International in January 2011.
