Ryan Pollock has a strong background in recruitment and staffing, with experience in various roles and companies. Ryan co-founded Objective Paradigm in 1999, where they currently serve as the Founder & CRO, promoting the firm's recruitment services. In 2020, they co-founded ObjectiveERP, a start-up staffing and talent acquisition firm focused on ERP technology. Additionally, they co-founded Talution Group in 2009, specializing in technology staffing and Salesforce solutions. Prior to these ventures, Ryan served as a Recruiting Manager at Inventa Technologies and a Technical Recruiter at Pencom Systems. Ryan also co-founded T4Youth in 2014.
Ryan Pollock attended Rutgers Business School from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Ryan also attended Rutgers University during the same period, receiving a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting.
