Dale West, MBA, is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as Controller at TAM Residential since May 2023, Dale has previously held the role of Controller and Assistant Controller at Cushman & Wakefield from March 2020 to May 2023, following Pinnacle Property Management Services where the position of Assistant Controller was held from April 2016 to March 2020, prior to its acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield. Other notable positions include Accounting Manager at The Rockbridge Group, Controller of Corporate and Client Reporting, and various roles at FirstService Residential Realty and Pinnacle Property Management Services. Dale holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from the University of Central Florida.
