Jordan Iten, CHDM has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they were a Sales Executive, Inside Sales Coordinator, Sales Operations Specialist, and Lead Account Executive for Tambourine: technology and creativity for hotels and resorts. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, they supported the entire sales team’s overall business development efforts and quarterly revenue targets, managed leads from marketing efforts, and oversaw quote and contract generation and new client pre-onboarding processes. As a Sales Operations Specialist, they improved sales operations by implementing 3 new SOPs and assisted in lead management. Jordan Iten, CHDM has an education history consisting of three degrees from The University of Georgia. From 2012 to 2016, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (A.B.J.) with a focus in Public Relations, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with a focus in Communication Studies, and a minor in Statistics. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from HSMAI, the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative at the University of Miami, and Google. In June 2018, they obtained a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) certification from HSMAI.
