Abdulaziz Bin Hubaysh is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and process improvement with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Training Manager at Tamkeen Technologies since February 2024, Abdulaziz is responsible for enhancing service quality within the JSOUR business unit. Previously, as the Associate Director of Process Excellence at upsource by solutions from July 2021 to January 2024, Abdulaziz managed business intelligence systems and led process improvement projects. Experience also includes serving as Performance Manager at SICE, focusing on quality and safety activities, and as an Analyst for Quality Assurance & Improvement at solutions by stc, where Abdulaziz implemented standards to achieve ISO certification. An early career at iNet provided foundational customer technical support skills. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University.
