Troy Ditoro

Troy DiToro is an accomplished operations management professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and military environments. Currently serving as Operations Manager at TAMKO since July 2017, Troy oversees all operations for a wet-laid fiberglass mat facility and an asphalt refinery, ensuring the supply of high-quality raw materials for shingle plants. Previous roles at TAMKO include Shingle Line Manager and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, focusing on operational excellence and process improvement. Prior to TAMKO, Troy had a distinguished career in the US Navy, where roles included Material Officer at NPTU Charleston and various positions aboard the USS Albuquerque, showcasing leadership and technical expertise in nuclear propulsion systems. Troy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics from Lipscomb University.
