Rohit Soni has over 10 years of experience in various roles related to user experience design. Rohit is currently the Director of User Experience Design at TBO.COM. Before that, they worked as the Design Head of User Experience at Indihood and as a UX Mentor at Designerrs | UI UX Design Lab. In addition, they are the Creative Director and Founder of Doodle Project, a curated set of tools for creativity and focus through doodling. Rohit also has experience working as a Visual Harvester and Founder of their own company, as well as a UX Design Consultant and Associate Consultant at Microsoft. Rohit started their career as a User Experience Designer at Verchaska (VE.simplify travel) and as a Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University. Rohit also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology and completed an internship at Samsung Global Research.

Rohit Soni holds a Bachelor's degree in Accessory and Product Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology in India. Rohit then pursued a Master's degree in Interaction Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Later, they completed a Research Fellowship in UX Research and Design at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. In terms of certifications, Rohit is a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) obtained from Human Factors International in 2015. Rohit has also received additional certifications, including Game Thinking Bootcamp Graduate and Game Thinking-Innovation Bootcamp from Game Thinking Academy and TBO.COM respectively. In 2023, they obtained a certification in Latin America cross-cultural training from Microsoft, and they also completed a course on Building Executive Presence from TBO.COM in November 2023.
