Chris Espelien

Chris Espelien has over 27 years of experience in engineering and project management at Trane, where roles have included Engineering Project Manager for oil-free mag-lev air-cooled chiller NPD projects and Compressor Development Engineer overseeing large capacity screw compressor development. As Product Engineering Manager, Chris led a team responsible for the product life cycle of screw and scroll compressors and has previously held positions such as Senior Product Engineer and Product/Process Engineer, focusing on production support and process development. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Case New Holland. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
