Jim Bauer

Jim Bauer has extensive experience in the HVAC and marketing sectors, currently serving as the Retail Channel Program Manager at Trane since December 2011. Prior to this role, Jim held various managerial positions at Ingersoll Rand from May 2008 to June 2011 and at Trane from October 1982 to May 2008, including roles as Regional Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, General Manager, and Marketing Specialist. Earlier in Jim's career, a position as Territory Manager at GE from January 1975 to October 1982 further developed expertise in sales and territory management. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Drexel University, earned between 1968 and 1973.
