Scott Selman

Scott Selman is an Energy Engineer at Trane, with experience since December 2004 focusing on performance contracting project development, energy auditing and modeling, financial analysis, and measurement and verification across various sectors including commercial, education, industrial, healthcare, and municipal. Prior to Trane, Scott served as Department Manager of Screen Print at WestPoint Stevens, overseeing rotary screen print operations for a variety of textile products, and held roles as Plant Engineer and Maintenance Mechanical Supervisor. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Southern Mechanical & Controls, where responsibilities entailed overseeing industrial and commercial projects related to HVAC and other mechanical systems. Scott earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, completing studies between 1992 and 1994.
