Steven Harding

Steven Harding has extensive experience in plant and factory management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Trane since July 2019, where notable achievements include the 2020 GISC Plant of the Year and the 2020 GISC Leadership Award. Prior to Trane, Steven worked at Caterpillar Inc. from 1998 to July 2019, holding various leadership positions that encompassed operations, engineering, quality assurance, and strategic planning within high-volume manufacturing settings. These roles included Factory Manager in the Large Power Systems Division, where responsibility spanned multiple operational areas, and Technical Support Manager overseeing a significant quality team. Steven Harding holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration from Capella University.
