Toni Ashby

Toni Ashby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy, governance, and operations within the banking and financial services sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Governance and Chief of Staff at Tandem Bank since September 2022, Toni previously held the position of Head of Operations and Change at Aspinall Financial Services Ltd, where responsibilities included chairing the Mobilisation Committee. Prior to that, Toni spent 25 years at PwC, serving as Director and gaining expertise across audit, consulting, deals, risk, and tax in multiple global locations. Toni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
