Ilango Sethu

Ilango Sethu possesses extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - HR, IT & Admin at TANFAC Industries Limited since February 2018. Prior to this role, Ilango was General Manager - HR & Admin at UltraTech Cement Star Cement Co. LLC in Ras-Al-Khaimah, UAE from January 2015 to February 2018, overseeing all HR and administrative functions. Previously, Ilango held the position of Deputy General Manager - Employee Relations at Reddipalayam Cement Works, contributing to employee relations from September 1998 to January 2015. Ilango's career began at Rajashree Cement as an Assistant Officer focused on time office and contract labor sections from March 1992 to October 1998. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Development and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personal Management & Industrial Relations, both from Annamalai University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, completed in 1991.
